Description

This role involves serving as a core member of the Plant Leadership Team (PLT) and supporting the Junior HR Business Partner through coaching and development. The Senior HR Business Partner will be responsible for all HR-related matters at the Nuneaton site, acting as a trusted advisor to align people strategies with operational and business objectives.

What We're Looking For

Operate as a core member of the PLT and wider HR Management Team, shaping and delivering the site people plan aligned to operational priorities.,Oversee all employee relations activity and manage operational risk, ensuring appropriate escalation and mitigation.,Lead and support organisational change initiatives, including restructures, consultations, and operational transformation.,Drive the site talent agenda, including succession planning, development planning, and leadership capability.,Ensure site readiness for internal and external audits.,Provide coaching and guidance to the Junior HR Business Partner.

Ideal Candidate

Prior HR Business Partner experience within an FMCG environment with extensive manufacturing knowledge.,CIPD qualification (minimum level 5).,Experience operating with both unionised and non-unionised roles (desirable).
