Description

The Senior High Net Worth Lending Specialist at Royal Bank of Canada will support US Wealth Management to expand the High Net Worth (HNW) credit and liquidity business. The role involves serving as a primary contact for financial advisors and their HNW/Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients, as well as contributing to HNW product expansion, strategy, and distribution. Key responsibilities include communicating the value of credit and liquidity to various stakeholders, acting as a relationship manager for financial advisors, and serving as a subject matter expert on HNW credit capabilities offered by RBC Wealth Management – US. The specialist will also provide feedback for product enhancements and ensure compliance with risk management protocols.

What We're Looking For

Effectively communicate the importance of incorporating credit and liquidity into a financial advisory practice to various stakeholders.,Serve as the key relationship manager to financial advisors for their HNW clients.,Be accountable to key performance metrics in a geographic location.,Serve as the subject-matter expert on all HNW credit capabilities, including Credit Access Line and Structured Lending.,Have basic knowledge of City National Bank (CNB) banking and lending solutions.,Work with CNB Banking Advisors to create a seamless credit experience.,Report key performance metrics to the Head, Wealth Management Lending and PCG field management.,Report feedback on product, technology, and platform enhancements.,Ensure advisors and clients follow proper risk management and compliance protocols.

Ideal Candidate

Series 7 and 63 or ability to obtain upon hire.,Bachelor's degree and 10+ years' experience at a wealth management firm with direct experience in HNW/UHNW credit and lending solutions.,Proven business development experience, preferably within the HNW/UHNW credit and lending space.,Understanding of credit underwriting and collateral policies, specifically around securities-based lending and structured lending solutions.
