The Senior Facilitator, Onboarding, as a member of the Advisor and Leader Enablement team, is responsible for coordinating and facilitating the Life, Health, Wealth (LHW) Advisor onboarding program for Field Sales. This role ensures the execution of the Client First strategy within the onboarding program, aligning with the Proactive Advice Culture (PAC), Client Advice Experience (CAE), and Fair Treatment of Consumers (FTC).
Coordinate and facilitate the Life, Health, Wealth (LHW) Advisor onboarding program.,Ensure all CE accredited content is delivered accurately to meet provincial regulatory guidelines.,Thorough understanding of the LHW Onboarding program (in-field activities, leader activities, self-study material).,Set clear expectations for new advisors and leaders.,Coordinate schedules by sending invites to confirmed cohort members.,Collaborate and partner with Regional Vice Presidents (RVP), Regional Directors (RD), and Insurance Regional Operating Officers (IROO) to share observations, progress, and completion of onboarding content.,Maintain collaboration and partnership with National Senior Sales Consultant Onboarding and participate in phase 2 Onboarding Program.,Demonstrate personal commitment to ensure skills/knowledge/accreditations are up-to-date and meet position requirements, including active LLQP.
