Oversee the entire documentation lifecycle: drafting, review, revision, and approval for materials covering technical stakeholders, risk management, processes, and internal procedures.,Author new documentation and conduct annual reviews and revisions of existing materials.,Contribute to the maintenance of the internal website, with potential to lead its design and ongoing management.,Cultivate strong professional relationships across various business units and platforms to build influence with key business partners.,Collaborate with different groups to define and achieve deliverables, ensuring initiatives are seamlessly integrated into RBC's procedures and processes.,Manage the efficient implementation of multiple concurrent initiatives of varying complexity, including monitoring and controlling activities against plans.,Proactively identify potential issues, conflicts, and risks, then analyze, mitigate, and escalate them as appropriate.
