The Senior Director, Payment Products is a key member of the Senior Management Team within Transaction Banking at CIBC, responsible for the overall strategy, execution, performance, and daily operations of critical payment products across multiple portfolios. This includes products such as Wires, ACH, EFT, Remote Deposit Capture, Lockbox, Bill Payments, Tax Payments, e-Transfers, along with programs like Merchant Acquiring and Business Credit Cards. The role focuses on ensuring products are client-focused, operationally efficient, and fully compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements, ultimately driving the ongoing development and growth of the Transaction Banking franchise and its contribution to CIBC.
