The attorney will join the IP litigation team, contributing to the company's patent and litigation strategy, managing and resolving IP litigation disputes and patent challenges, and coordinating disclosures with finance, corporate communications, and investor relations. The role involves managing U.S. litigation, assisting with international matters, partnering internally for pre-litigation strategies, and driving intellectual property policies to foster innovation.
Manage a docket of U.S. litigation matters, collaborating with outside counsel, internal legal teams, and the business, and assisting with ex-U.S. litigation matters and patent office proceedings.,Partner internally to develop pre-litigation strategies, identify and mitigate risks, and provide global strategic counsel on patent assessments.,Coordinate information with finance, corporate communications, and investor relations to ensure appropriate and timely disclosures.,Help drive internal and external intellectual property policies to promote innovation.,Work with internal legal teams and the business to scale, optimize, and/or develop IP litigation infrastructure and processes.
J.D. from a national law school.,Admission to any state bar in the United States.,Eligible for in-house licensure via the MA Board of Bar Overseers.,Licensed to practice law in at least 1 U.S. jurisdiction.
