Senior Director, Global Engineering and Construction Delivery - Corporate Real Estate (CRE)

This Global Senior Director role at RBC involves establishing and overseeing a global framework for efficient and timely project delivery within Corporate Real Estate (CRE). The role supports business unit objectives, mitigates operational and financial risks in an outsourced, regional delivery model, and includes oversight of multiple project vendors to ensure alignment with RBC policies and objectives.

What We're Looking For

Define and implement a consistent delivery strategy and framework (e.g., Engineering standards, supplier strategy, construction approach) to support a Regional Delivery model.,Establish quantitative performance standards, management reporting, metrics, and key information for the Regional Delivery team through a dedicated CRE Project Management Office.,Accountable for ensuring a consistent project delivery process globally by working with regional leaders.,Implement controls and a program management framework aligned to RBC's enterprise Project Risk Governance (PRG) office guidelines and enterprise delegation of authority.,Accountable for deploying leading industry practices related to project delivery, including lean processes, value engineering, and innovative methodologies to decrease cost and increase speed.,Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Construction Sourcing strategy, collaborating with Procurement for strategic sourcing and MSA establishment.,Responsible for overall supplier performance and advising on the approach to delivery of CRE projects with various suppliers (Design, Construction, Quantity Surveying, Equipment, Services).
