Senior Director EIAM Strategy and Product Management (Global Security)

Description

This role involves leading the strategy and roadmap for all Enterprise Identity and Access Management (EIAM) capabilities and enhancements globally. The Senior Director will provide thought leadership, prioritize capabilities, oversee IT development and delivery of EIAM services, manage vendors, and collaborate with various teams to achieve strategic goals within budget and scope. It requires driving technical strategy for EIAM capabilities, providing hands-on guidance, and engaging strategically with technical teams and lines of business.

What We're Looking For

Accountable for the EIAM IT strategic direction; provide technology thought-leadership and strategic solutions that enhance and support business processes and enable IT Risk Functional Unit in achieving their goals.,Develop comprehensive EIAM roadmaps and deliver detailed product requirements, workflows, and user stories to ensure project investments are moving RBC in the direction of the articulated future-state.,Provide leadership and expert counsel in establishing and implementing standards, guidelines, and best practices for the development and deployment of solutions across all EIAM technologies.,Work with Enterprise Architecture and various Business partners to enhance and drive the overall technology strategy and to achieve business alignment and strategic business objectives.,Participate and contribute to the definition of overall systems architecture to support the business objectives and to ensure that there is a consistent use of technology and architecture.,Collaborate with internal and external customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful development and rollout of new features for EIAM.,Champion the creation of metrics and manage with a higher level of information (trends and management indicator level); differentiate between project and program metrics.,Promote innovative or improved methods to get the work done and implement best practices.
