Senior Director, Digital Solutions - Transaction Banking

The Senior Director, Digital Solutions is responsible for the overall strategy, execution, and day-to-day operations of CIBC's client-facing and non-client-facing business payment platforms, including Cash Management Online (CMO), File Transmission Service (FTS), SWIFT Corporate Access (SCA), and Application Programming Interface (API). This role focuses on delivering strategic and innovative payment solutions to business clients across various segments, ensuring a superior client experience, operational efficiency, and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements. It is integral to the growth and development of the Transaction Banking franchise.

What We're Looking For

Overall strategy, execution, performance, and daily operations of client-facing and non-client-facing business payment platforms (CMO, FTS, SWIFT Corporate Access, API).,Ensure payment platforms provide access to critical payment products and reporting (Wires, ACH, EFT, Bill Payments, e-Transfers, Information Reporting, Credit Card reporting).,Leverage expertise in business payment platforms, client journeys, design, and payment products to deliver a superior client experience.,Ensure all payment platforms are client-focused, operationally efficient, and compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements.,Drive the ongoing development and growth of the Transaction Banking franchise.,Proactively identify gaps, coordinate remediation activities, and partner with governance and compliance teams to ensure platform compliance.,Develop and manage pricing strategies, monitor financial performance, ensure competitiveness, and drive operational efficiencies to maximize profitability and client adoption.,Lead, develop, and manage teams to achieve business objectives, foster employee engagement, ensure alignment with CIBC priorities, and uphold performance, compliance, and talent management standards.

Ideal Candidate

5 to 10 years of work experience.,Deep product knowledge of critical payment products and reporting delivered through business platforms including Wires, ACH, EFT, Bill payments, e-Transfers, Information Reporting, and Credit Card reporting.,Expert coaching, relationship building, and leadership skills.,Comfortable leading large effective teams in a cross-functional and development environment at a senior level of a financial services organization.,Embrace change & innovation.
