The role also includes collaborating with the transfer team and identifying inherent risks in the Personal and Business sector activities.

What We're Looking For

Identify and develop business opportunities in the market.,Establish business development strategies.,Support entrepreneurs in the transition of their business (family, management, or external interests).,Propose financial strategies tailored to merger and acquisition contexts.,Adapt and optimize financial products based on evolving client needs.,Develop sales and business development plans.,Collaborate with the transfer team to achieve objectives.,Identify risks inherent to the Personal and Business sector activities.,Between 4 and 8 years of experience in business development and sales in the financial sector, depending on academic background.,Experience in sales, financial statement analysis, commercial credit, mergers and acquisitions.,Established network of contacts among local businesses.

Ideal Candidate

University certificate + 8 years of experience,Bachelor’s degree + 7 years of experience,Master’s degree + 5 years of experience,CPA or CICBV designation (an asset)
