Description

Bell Canada is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead the development of AI/ML solutions, focusing on enhancing customer experience and accelerating product roadmaps. This role involves leveraging expertise in data science, leadership, and generative AI models to transform Bell's operations and ensure its position as a top telecommunications provider in Canada. The successful candidate will contribute to managing and optimizing AI systems for analyzing customer behavior, automating business insights, improving marketing strategies, and driving data-informed business decisions.

What We're Looking For

Lead the development of machine learning products and models from inception to product,Build scalable, production-grade AI-driven applications leveraging generative AI models (e.g., image/text/video/code generation),Identify areas for AI/ML opportunities and demonstrate to internal clients how AI/ML can improve their business,Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, data engineers, and product managers in solving business problems,Maintain and expand knowledge of ML/AI and current technology through training opportunities, conferences, etc.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelors degree, or Masters in a discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Machine Learning, Data Science, Computer Science or related area,Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec (Note: Job locations are in Ontario, so this may not apply directly but is mentioned in the qualifications section).
