Senior Cyber Security Specialist, Red Team (Global Security)

Description

This role involves joining a team to deliver scenario-driven Red Team operations, Purple Team exercises, and offensive security research, targeting core and emerging business functions. The specialist will collaborate with skilled offensive and defensive security experts on complex operations, with access to industry-leading tools and training to continually enhance their skills in a high-maturity environment.

What We're Looking For

Execute Red Team operations, Purple Team exercises, and hypothesis-led engagements in mature production environments.,Lead projects end-to-end, from scoping and proposal writing through execution, reporting, and stakeholder debriefs.,Develop offensive capabilities including exploit development, novel C2 channels, and automation.,Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members.,Help evolve and improve team processes and service offerings.
