The Senior Credit Risk Analyst is a member of the Credit Risk Analytics and Collateral Management team within the Risk Management function. The role is responsible for establishing and maintaining independent oversight of Counterparty Credit Risk and collateral activities for global trading. Key focuses include developing efficient reporting systems for credit risk exposures and capital, supporting regional business initiatives, and ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory requirements through close collaboration with front-office and global stakeholders.
Develop and maintain systems and processes for monitoring and reporting Credit Risk exposures and Capital,
Participate in regional initiatives driven by new products, regulatory changes, or system migrations,
Document and deliver comprehensive Business Requirements in alignment with MAS regulatory standards,
Coordinate with Risk, Finance, Front Office, and Technology teams to implement reporting logics,
Prepare test cases and lead Functional and User Acceptance Testing (UAT),
Provide analysis and reporting on credit risk exceptions and collateral management activities,
Manage ongoing evaluations of existing processes to drive improvements as business needs change
Proven experience driving large and complex regulatory projects across multiple functional groups,
Deep understanding of global and regional regulatory rules regarding credit risk and capital,
Knowledge of Wholesale markets, products, and market participants,
Strong background in managing relationships with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors
