Description

This role is part of Epic's multi-specialized legal team, which provides legal solutions and advises on products and games. The regulatory team specifically focuses on advising the company on new laws and regulations globally, monitoring regulatory developments with the Public Policy Team, and designing compliance programs. The role also involves assisting with responses to regulatory investigations and requests for information.

What We're Looking For

Advise Epic senior management, Product Counsel, the Compliance Team, and Legal leadership on key global laws and regulations, including online safety frameworks.,Lead multi-stakeholder regulatory compliance strategies.,Provide legal analysis of legislative and regulatory drafts to the Public Policy team.,Support advocacy and engagement with regulators and trade associations.,Respond to global regulatory inquiries and investigations.,A qualified attorney with at least 8 years of experience working in regulatory compliance, either within a regulatory body, in-house, or at a law firm.,Experience handling regulatory enforcement actions brought by regulatory bodies.,Prior work and/or substantial knowledge of the tech industry; a good working knowledge of tech or video games is an advantage.

Ideal Candidate

A qualified attorney with at least 8 years of experience working in regulatory compliance, either within a regulatory body, in-house, or at a law firm.
