Lightspeed is seeking a French Sr. Content Specialist for its Hospitality sector. This role involves developing and localizing high-impact content for the French, Swiss, and Belgian markets across various channels, including campaigns, product launches, PR, partnerships, social media, and sales materials. The specialist will strategically partner with different teams to shape narratives, enhance brand authority, improve media visibility, drive SEO growth, and achieve commercial impact.
Own the development and localization of high-quality French content across campaigns, product launches, PR, partnerships, social media, and sales materials.,Develop and write PR-driven content, executive bylines, and sponsored media pieces, translating research, product insights, and data into compelling, media-ready narratives.,Create and manage website content with a strong SEO focus, leading regional SEO initiatives and conducting keyword research.,Interview customers and partners to create impactful case studies and video scripts.,Drive performance through data by tracking key metrics and translating insights into strategic, data-driven recommendations.,Apply strong product understanding to create compelling content that increases product visibility, drives awareness, and supports upsell opportunities.,Lead editorial planning for French-speaking markets, identifying strategic content themes aligned with marketing roadmaps and growth priorities.,Work closely with content team members to maintain a unified brand voice and high editorial standards.,Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, streamline workflows, and scale output efficiently.,Develop deep knowledge of key audiences, market dynamics, and hospitality industry trends.,Provide editorial guidance, proofreading, and feedback to ensure consistency, accuracy, and high-quality output.
4+ years of experience in SaaS marketing, journalism, or branded content roles.,Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.,Experience creating quality content across multiple marketing channels supporting brand positioning and communication objectives (product launches, campaigns, sales initiatives).,Strong storytelling and copywriting skills, with experience in PR articles, bylines, sponsored content, and media buys.,Demonstrated SEO expertise, including keyword research, content briefings, and on-page optimization.,Strategic mindset with ability to align content to business goals, market needs, and measurable outcomes.,Collaborative spirit and ability to work across teams while independently driving projects.,Familiarity with content management systems (Wordpress, Hootsuite) and SEO tools (aHrefs, Semrush).
