Bell Canada is looking for a Senior Consultant with technical solution integration experience to join their Bell Business Markets team. The role involves developing and configuring contact center solutions, including components like Natural Language (NLU/NLP), Conversational Robot (AI – chat/voice Bots), WFM, WFO, and Self-Service IVR. The consultant will participate in project delivery, client meetings, and functional/technical analysis, while staying updated on emerging technologies.
Participate in the development and/or configuration of contact centre solutions (CCaaS), including Natural Language (NLU/NLP), Conversational Robot (AI – chat/voice Bots), WFM, WFO and/or Self Service IVR with call routing technologies,Assigned to projects and guided to successfully deliver/migrate technical solutions,Participate in meetings (client, internal teams, external partners),Participate in functional/technical analysis, defining the target solution,Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices, market trends, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, innovation and automation
Knowledge of Contact Centre solutions or product suites (Genesys, NICE, AWS, Google, as well as CRMs),Capability to work as a team and address customers to upkeep satisfaction,Capability to manage several delivery activities simultaneously as well as priorities,Cloud based solution delivery experience (CCaaS, Amazon Connect, Twillio, Google),Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience,Proven experience working with a wide variety of software and hardware technologies, and cloud-based solutions,Experienced in cloud computing architectures (IaaS, CCaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and experience with serverless technologies

Security Clearance for Federal Government, Must be based in Canada and report to a set Bell office for a minimum of 3 days a week for Hybrid work arrangement
