Senior Consultant, ServiceNow (ITAM/ITOM)

Join KPMG's Technology Consulting Advisory Practice as a Senior Consultant specializing in ServiceNow ITAM/ITOM. This role involves turning client insights into opportunities by developing and implementing high-performing IT functions and leveraging technology investments. Responsibilities include configuring ServiceNow applications, integrating with other platforms, and assisting clients through their digital transformation journey to become digitally connected enterprises.

What We're Looking For

Develop, set up, and tailor ServiceNow applications for new and existing deployments (ITAM or ITOM).

Establish and configure functional data, including Notifications and Service Level Agreements.

Create and set up script objects (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies and Actions, Client Scripts, ACLs), and modify tables/relationships.

Establish interfaces between ServiceNow and other platforms.

Conduct design, development, unit testing, and troubleshoot system and integration testing.

Document design, development processes, unit test cases, and implementation plans.

Advise on Administration settings and best practices.

Collaborate effectively within diverse teams.

Ideal Candidate

At least 3-5 years of experience with ServiceNow, including development and configuration.

ServiceNow Certifications: CIS-ITOM or CIS-ITAM.

Proficient in ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and REST/SOAP Web Services.

Understanding and experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and all scripted components of ServiceNow.

Ability to customize the ServiceNow user interface and Service Portal using UI pages, CMS, CSS, and Service Portal widgets.

Knowledgeable in integrations and migrations.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow administration settings, with extensive functional and technical expertise of the platform, and experience in delivering medium to large-scale implementations.

Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

Comfortable working in an agile environment.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field; Master's in Information Systems, MBA, or other related fields (asset).
