KPMG's Operations Mergers & Acquisitions (Ops M&A) in Deal Advisory assists companies in realizing value from mergers and acquisitions. The Revenue & Growth M&A team focuses on client-centric revenue and growth deal cycles, offering advice on commercial due diligence, customer strategy, and revenue value creation across various industries. The team is expanding and seeking a professional to collaborate in solving complex client challenges.

What We're Looking For

Work with a team to deliver Revenue & Growth M&A engagements.,Conduct due diligence for buy and sell-side transactions.,Plan and support execution of revenue/customer workstream for buy-side mergers/acquisitions, including Day 1 and Day 100 support.,Support revenue/customer workstream in separation planning for sell-side divestments / carveouts.,Engage in value creation and rapid assessments pre/post deal across industries.,Prepare and present detailed research on industry, products, markets, competitors and clients.,Support business development activities with Private Equity and Corporate clients.,Work closely with senior client executives and their teams to pilot and scale growth initiatives.,Solid business acumen, including problem solving, lateral thinking, and financial literacy.,A high degree of comfort with ambiguity.,Ability to quickly build effective working relationships.,Comfortable working independently in collaboration with a high performing team.,Ownership/ accountability of client-ready deliverables.,A motivated self-starter with excellent attention to detail and ability to work with incomplete information, challenge, investigate facts and make intelligent assumptions.

Ideal Candidate

CPA (Chartered Professional Accountant),CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst),A degree in Business, Engineering, or similar education.
