Senior Consultant, Quality Engineering - Test Lead

KPMG's Management Consulting group is seeking a Senior Consultant, Quality Engineering - Test Lead to join its IT Advisory team. The role involves overseeing test planning and delivery, developing test strategies and documentation using risk analysis, managing the full testing lifecycle, and coordinating with various stakeholders (business process owners, IT, Infrastructure, PMO). Key responsibilities also include participating in test case creation and execution, managing reusable test assets, chairing defect triage meetings, tracking resolutions, assessing automation tools, recommending strategies, conducting test case reviews, and working in an Agile-Scrum environment. The position also supports practice development and sales generation activities.
What We're Looking For
Oversee test planning delivery and preparation activities for test execution,Develop test strategy, test plans, and project documentation using risk analysis methodologies,Participate in the creation and execution of test cases and manage reusable test assets,Manage full testing lifecycle and deliverables,Coordinate with business process owners, IT, Infrastructure, and PMO,Chair defect triage meetings and track resolutions,Assess automation tools and recommend strategies,Conduct test case reviews,Work collaboratively in an Agile-Scrum environment,Support Testing Services practice development and sales generation activities,Experience in large ERP project environments,Understanding of SDLC,2+ years of QA and Test Lead experience,Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics, Workday, ServiceNow),Experience with DevOps, ALM, JIRA, Confluence
Ideal Candidate
