KPMG is seeking a talented leader to join their Workday team, focusing on implementing Workday Recruiting for various clients. The role involves managing projects, delivering high-quality client service, and contributing to the team's knowledge sharing.

What We're Looking For

Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex HR technology and implementation concepts.,Work with clients to implement Workday Recruiting and lead client project teams.,Deliver and manage projects to budget.,Provide quality service and model excellent client service.,Monitor progress, manage risk, and keep stakeholders informed.,Work across various stakeholder groups to transfer knowledge and resolve problems.,Prepare reports and/or presentations on project status.,Foster an innovative and team-oriented work environment.,Demonstrate high levels of technical and professional knowledge and quickly assimilate new knowledge.,Keep up to date with current developments and trends in advisory services.,Develop long-term client relationships and networks.,Provide production cutover/transition support and production support assistance.,Become an expert in Workday Recruiting and share product knowledge.,Canadian travel may be required.

Ideal Candidate

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.,At least 3-5 years of implementation experience focused on enterprise payroll solutions (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Ultimate Software, Ceridian, ADP or other similar software) with at least one full life cycle implementation.,Workday Recruiting certification (definite asset).
