Description
This role involves supporting CFOs and finance leaders in modernizing their operations, strengthening governance frameworks, and uncovering data-driven insights to improve profitability. The successful candidate will work within a diverse team to redesign finance functions across processes, people, reporting, and technology, helping organizations build resilient and efficient finance departments.
What We're Looking For
Partner with CFOs to modernize finance operations and governance,Collaborate with clients and internal teams to redesign finance functions across process, people, reporting, and technology,Design future-state target operating models and implement leading finance practices,Lead and facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions with diverse stakeholders,Drive consensus among stakeholders and manage the creation of high-quality project deliverables,Address complex client requirements through creative problem-solving and structured analysis
Ideal Candidate
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field from an accredited university,A professional accounting designation (e.g., CPA) or an MBA is considered an asset,Experience in management consulting or relevant industry roles within finance transformation
