Senior Compliance Advisor
Description
This role involves managing legal and regulatory risks by developing and overseeing essential compliance programs within a supportive and innovative environment. The advisor will contribute to ensuring clients feel confident and secure about their future.
What We're Looking For
Support the Sector Chief Compliance Officer in their duties, including implementing guidelines from the Autorité des marchés financiers and other applicable laws.
Assist stakeholders during regulatory changes by assessing impacts and participating in discussions to ensure compliance.
Participate in various committees and discussions with industry stakeholders.
Contribute to developing action plans for non-compliance issues, tolerance breaches, or regulatory incidents.
Ideal Candidate
Knowledge of the property and casualty insurance sector, and knowledge of the business operations of iAAH, Prysm, and iA Financial Group are considered assets.
