Senior Communications Partner - Operations & Partnerships

Description

This strategic role involves developing and executing communication strategies to ensure alignment among operations employees and business partners, contributing to consistent internal and external messaging. The Senior Communications Partner will support network operational performance, station expansion, and relationships with delivery partners and corporate clients, working closely with Public Relations to ensure cohesive and proactive communications.

What We're Looking For

Develop and implement operational communication strategies to strengthen alignment and engagement among employees and partners.,Collaborate with the Public Relations team to ensure message consistency and support company reputation, especially during new station openings.,Create targeted communication plans to support operational performance, enable station expansion, and maintain strong relationships with delivery partners and corporate clients.,Develop communication tools and produce clear, engaging content (memos, bulletins, guides, newsletters, press releases) for diverse audiences.,Ensure message consistency in a fragmented and international environment.,Measure communication effectiveness and adjust strategies to maximize impact.,Proven experience in strategic communications, with a focus on internal and partner communications.,Strong ability to translate operational objectives into clear, compelling messages.,Knowledge of operational processes and continuous improvement principles (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).,Excellent writing, simplification, and storytelling skills.,Collaborative leadership and ability to influence diverse stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Industrial Relations, or a related field; Master’s degree an asset.,10+ years of experience in communications within a large organization (internal and external); experience managing stakeholders (clients and partners).,Experience in a multi-site, multi-time-zone environment.,Knowledge of the logistics or e-commerce sector.,Ability to interact effectively with senior leadership and business partners.
