Description

As a Senior Client Service Representative within the Personal and Business Banking Team, you will assist clients with their daily banking needs, answer questions, facilitate transactions, and connect them with appropriate team members to help achieve their financial goals. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service and leveraging technology to support client interactions.
