Senior Client Service Advisor – Cards

Description

This role involves joining RBC's Client Service team within the Transaction Banking department, focusing on providing a differentiated servicing experience for strategic, high-value clients, particularly in Commercial Cards products and services. The Senior Client Service Advisor acts as a primary contact for a dedicated client portfolio, coordinating with partners to resolve servicing requests and deepen client relationships, ultimately supporting businesses in optimizing working capital, managing risk, and streamlining operations.

What We're Looking For

Deliver exceptional client experience by responding promptly and accurately to requests, prioritizing client needs, and taking ownership for resolution.,Partner with the Client Relationship Team (CRT) and Operations to offer expert advice and coordinate complex service solutions.,Record and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner, identifying root causes.,Balance competing demands and prioritize tasks, escalating issues that may impact client experience or RBC standards.,Conduct regular client service reviews to enhance product utilization and identify new opportunities.,Educate clients and promote the adoption of digital solutions for self-service efficiency.,Provide customized product training to clients as needed.,Contribute to team initiatives and develop subject matter expertise in specific solutions.,Maintain accurate documentation of service queries and complete required reporting.

Ideal Candidate

3-5 years of related experience with strong working knowledge of treasury and cash management operations and products, with a focus on Commercial Cards solutions in a commercial banking environment.,Effective communication skills.,Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent time management and prioritization skills.,Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.,Commercial or corporate banking client servicing experience (Nice to have).,Certified Treasury Professional, CertICM or other relevant professional designation (Nice to have).
