Description

This role at National Bank Insurance involves working as a Senior Clerk, collaborating with various bank sectors and partners. The individual will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, responding to client and partner requests, and ensuring data accuracy within a team focused on client satisfaction, performance, collaboration, and innovation.

What We're Looking For

Perform various relatively complex administrative duties in line with Bank policies, standards, and procedures.,Process, analyze, and manage reports to ensure data and operational accuracy.,Respond to information requests from clients and partners.,Compile data, identify and correct missing or inaccurate information according to service standards.,Sort and file both physical and digital documents.

Ideal Candidate

Completed high school diploma and 2.5 years of relevant experience or a college diploma and 6 months of relevant experience.,Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.,Experience in data entry.,Able to carry out multiple and varied tasks.,Able to come up with ideas for optimizing procedures.,At ease in a constantly changing environment.,Thorough, attentive to detail, good team work skills, and autonomous.,Bilingual (English and French).
