The Senior Business Transformation Manager will join the Transformation team in Paris and play a key role in the long-term success of Lightspeed's EMEA Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. This position involves designing and executing strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency, strengthen business processes, and enable sustainable growth for the Hospitality product. The manager will use data-driven insights to identify improvement opportunities and lead the implementation of solutions to boost performance, optimize operations, and increase profitability.
Support cross-functional transformation projects across GTM and operational teams.,Design, implement, and manage pilot programs for new processes, tools, or structures, using data for broader rollout recommendations.,Identify project scopes, align stakeholders, create timelines, and ensure flawless execution and follow-up.,Foster collaboration and clear communication across departments to maintain alignment and momentum.,Lead change management efforts, including communication plans and training programs.,Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of transformation initiatives.,Identify key trends from large datasets, determine underlying drivers, and build simple financial/data models.,Conduct analysis of internal workflows, performance metrics, and user feedback to identify bottlenecks.,Document, standardize, and promote best practices for continuous improvement.,Partner with RevOps and other analytics teams to derive insights, develop reports/dashboards, and measure transformation impact.,Continuously assess priorities and adapt focus in line with company growth and regional needs.
