Senior Business Systems Associate

Description

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst in Global Credit Innovation & Solutions (GCIS) at RBC, you will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT partners. Your primary responsibility will be to lead business analysis activities for projects of varying sizes, focusing on gathering and analyzing requirements.

What We're Looking For

Author SQL queries for business insights and create presentations in Tableau/in-house systems.,Develop documentation for requirements (e.g., Process Diagrams, Business Requirements Document, Technical Design Document).,Lead interviews with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather information.,Collaborate closely with teammates on system/solution development projects.,Drive results by engaging partners and pushing deliverables to completion.,Communicate effectively to overcome obstacles and meet timely deliverables.,Oversee and participate in system testing.,Ensure project deliverables are on target through ongoing communication.,Other duties as required.,Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst.,Minimum 5 years' experience in a financial institution.

Ideal Candidate

Undergraduate degree with a focus in Computer Science or equivalent.,Applied SQL experience in a professional environment and/or a coding background.,Exceptional communication skills – clear and concise oral, written and presentation abilities.,Exceptional ability to collect, analyze and interpret data.,Strong sense of ownership and initiative coupled with the ability to multi-task and adapt quickly.
