Senior Business Systems Analyst, Archer (Global Security)
Description
RBC is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join the Global Cyber Security – Cyber Technology Operation team. This role involves managing the complete lifecycle of Third-Party Connections, utilizing tools like Archer to ensure effective risk management, compliance, and operational efficiency within the organization.
What We're Looking For
Support initiatives including process optimization, monitoring and managing third-party connections, onboarding activities, reporting, gap analysis, remediation, and automation.
Utilize Archer and other GRC tools for workflow management, reporting, and risk mitigation.
Monitor automated workflows and track compliance updates for third-party connections and applications.
Work with Tableau dashboards for data review and identifying reporting enhancements.
Communicate technical requirements (e.g., data logic, dashboard updates) to the development team.
Conduct analysis on deviations from established controls and propose mitigation actions.
Provide training and coaching to employees on RBC security policies and procedures.
Ideal Candidate
5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a track record in business process analysis, system improvements, and technical solutions within GRC frameworks.
Hands-on experience with Archer (highly preferred) or other GRC tools (e.g., ServiceNow, RSA).
Experience with risk and compliance frameworks such as NIST, ISO, and PCI-DSS.
Demonstrated experience supporting GRC workflows, including tracking and managing compliance updates.
Ability to communicate technical requirements to development teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.
Detail-oriented with a focus on operational excellence.
Nice-to-have: Certification from ISC2, ISACA.
Nice-to-have: Previous banking experience.
