Join RBC's US Wealth Management to help define and execute long-term strategy. This role involves managing strategic projects from inception to implementation, preparing executive-level materials, and conducting deep-dives into key business initiatives. The associate will interact daily with executives and leaders across US Wealth Management and the broader RBC enterprise.
Work directly with senior and executive leadership of US Wealth Management to define and execute against the organization's top strategic priorities.,Manage and deliver on projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelines.,Conduct strategic deep dives into key business initiatives, producing in-depth analysis and recommendations that guide strategic planning and execution.,Maintain a deep understanding of the business strategy and the competitive landscape, leveraging domain expertise to identify and prioritize opportunities that enhance competitive positioning and improve business and client outcomes.,Participate in the business review process, including analyzing financial performance against business KPIs, interpreting their impact on the business, and developing insightful materials for leadership review and decision-making.
