Description
The Senior Business Management Specialist will join the Third-Party Management Modernization (TPMM) team, an enterprise initiative at TD Bank focused on transforming how the bank manages third-party relationships. This role involves executing high-impact TPMM initiatives and delivering strategic priorities, combining strong strategy and delivery leadership with expertise in third-party management. Key responsibilities include contributing to TPMM strategy and OKR management, driving initiative delivery and execution, and enabling executive and stakeholder engagement.
What We're Looking For
Contribute to strategic direction and agile delivery roadmap for TPMM, using data analysis and storytelling for stakeholder buy-in.,Provide subject-matter expertise in third-party management lifecycle design, including solution design, testing, and implementation.,Drive decision-making through clear, structured insights and executive-level presentations (business cases, OKR progress, board updates).,Plan, manage, and execute complex transformation deliverables, ensuring alignment across Procurement, Legal, Risk, Finance, Technology, and business stakeholders.,Develop clear execution plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies, escalating issues and trade-offs as needed.,Manage delivery risks, dependencies, and trade-offs, escalating issues and recommendations.,Adhere to enterprise frameworks and methodologies for business management activities in Procurement.,Lead relevant governance meetings or committees and related deliverables/outcomes.,Lead, facilitate, and/or implement action/remediation plans for performance/risk/governance issues.,Facilitate key discussions and provide thought leadership to executive audiences.,Prepare and deliver executive-ready materials, including business cases and insights on OKR progress.,Act as a trusted subject matter expert across the Third-Party Management Lifecycle (TPML).,Partner effectively with Procurement, Risk, Legal, Finance, Technology, and Business stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate
Undergraduate degree.,10+ years of relevant experience in large-scale transformation/third-party management enterprise delivery roles.,Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently as part of a high-performing team.,Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines.,Strong delivery track record leading complex, multi-workstream initiatives.,Demonstrated expertise in third-party management functions and/or tooling, including platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar.,Experience applying automation, data, and AI-enabled capabilities to improve business outcomes.
