Provide specialized business management guidance and support for a functional area, implementing policies and initiatives to achieve business management, strategy, and governance objectives. Responsibilities include complex reporting and analysis, managing cross-functional activities, and leading the integrated implementation of policies. The role also involves identifying operational efficiencies, mitigating risks, fostering a positive work environment, and continuous professional development.

What We're Looking For

Provide specialized business management guidance and support for a functional area.,Implement policies, processes, and initiatives to meet business management, strategy, and governance objectives.,Provide complex reporting, analysis, and assessments at functional or enterprise levels.,Offer business management advice and support to management/leadership.,Lead the implementation of initiatives supporting overall business/function strategy.,Manage business management work activities requiring coordination across multiple areas.,Support/manage the integrated implementation of policies, processes, and procedures.,Provide subject matter expertise and input to projects/initiatives.,Develop and deliver presentations/communications to management.,Adhere to internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory guidelines.,Identify variances and contribute to analysis, due diligence, and implementation of initiatives.,Support development and implementation of standards, policies, and solutions to mitigate risk.,Continuously enhance knowledge/expertise and stay current on emerging trends.,Prioritize and manage own workload to deliver quality results and meet timelines.,Support a positive work environment promoting service, quality, innovation, and teamwork.,Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.,Establish effective relationships across multiple business and technology partners.,Participate in knowledge transfer within the team and business units.

Ideal Candidate

Undergraduate degree,5-7 years relevant experience,HR experience is an asset,Business management experience is an asset,Governance & controls experience is an asset,Reporting & analytics experience is an asset
