Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Description

This role supports the Compliance Data Enablement & Transformation (CDET) team by developing and overseeing data quality management processes for Compliance RCM information, adhering to Enterprise Data Management Office standards. It involves proposing, designing, and implementing data solutions to enhance the data control environment of Compliance RCM processes. Additionally, the role contributes to the development of the Global Compliance Data Strategy and implements targeted data quality initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Develop processes and procedures for proper data governance and data management. Oversee data quality management program in accordance with Enterprise Data Management Office (EDMO) standards. Propose, design, and implement data solutions to strengthen the overall data control environment of Compliance RCM processes. Support the development of the Global Compliance Data Strategy. Support implementation of targeted data quality initiatives.

Ideal Candidate

5-6 years of relevant experience in data analytics, data governance, automation and BI. Engineering/Computer Science/Information systems background preferred. Experience with enterprise data or regulated environments preferred.

Hard Skills

SQL (Advanced querying and data validation)
Power Apps
Power Automate (for workflow automation)
Power BI (Data Modelling, DAX, Executive dashboard)
Macros/VBA scripting
Python (for Data analysis and automation)
RPA exposure (Automation anywhere/UiPath or similar) as a strong plus

Soft Skills

Hands-on experience with governance concepts (CDE/BDEs, data quality, and controls)
Ability to independently lead, automate, analyze, and engage with stakeholders
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data insights to business impact
