The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, part of the Analytics, Insights & Artificial Intelligence (AI2) team at The Toronto-Dominion Bank, focuses on delivering data- and analytics-driven insights for strategic planning, specifically within the Canadian Personal Banking (CPB) team. This role involves end-to-end analytics support, including reporting, advanced analytics, and AI solutions, to drive business value. The analyst will serve as a subject-matter expert in Power BI semantic modeling with strong DAX and visualization skills, provide thought leadership for the reporting roadmap, and strengthen integration with business partners. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, innovative, and passionate about solving complex business problems in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand objectives and design analytical solutions.,Utilize Python, PySpark, and other tools for data analysis and reporting.,Develop insightful and functional data visualizations for self-serve insights.,Become a data and subject matter expert, providing thought leadership.,Provide proactive value-added insights (verbal and written) and advice to highlight business opportunities.,Manage projects and communicate with stakeholders to deliver milestones and manage timelines.,Handle partner inquiries, problem resolution, updates, presentations, and training.,Contribute to enhancing team's foundational processes and best practices for data extraction, manipulation, archiving, and reporting.,Work effectively in a fast-paced, challenging data and technology environment using multiple databases and tools.,Collaborate within a team, sharing knowledge and expertise.,Contribute to a positive team dynamic.

Ideal Candidate

Over 3 years of work experience in analytics and reporting.,Strong PySpark coding skills.,Strong problem-solving skills and a solid background in data analysis or complex data flow planning.,Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships, interact, influence, and motivate.,Superior communication skills with proven ability to convey quantitative/qualitative information clearly.,Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and ability to manage work under tight timelines.,Disciplined with a proven track record of delivering results and executing with excellence.,Experience with TD's proprietary systems, processes, and applications, and/or business analysis/reporting function (asset).

Minimum Education

Advanced university degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or other analytically based discipline
