This role within the TD Securities (TDS) Value Creation Plan team focuses on enabling efficient program delivery of major, cross-functional initiatives through an enhanced framework. The analyst will support change initiatives, collaborate with partners, and align daily activities with business objectives, contributing to innovation and delivery within TDS.
Responsible for project intake and documentation of business-owned artifacts as per the bank's Project Delivery Life Cycle (PDLC) methodology. Develop business process documentation for owned/managed business applications. Manage day-to-day operations processes, ensuring consistency and adherence to SLAs. Prepare and execute Business Acceptance Test (BAT) documentation and testing. Collaborate with Technology to ensure business and Data Governance requirements are met. Support deployment and change management for application-related initiatives. Review requirements and technical design documents, providing feedback. Provide solutions to issues/risks throughout project lifecycle, escalating as needed. Act as an escalation point for application and operation issues. Potentially provide project management support. Act as a decision maker on projects, gathering SME input. Adhere to EPMO project management methodology and Data Governance Framework. Ensure compliance with Privacy, Legal, Compliance, and Chief Data Officer guidelines. Build relationships within the team and with stakeholders. Continuously enhance knowledge in own area, leading-edge technologies, and business domains. Support business case development and implement risk-mitigating solutions. Participate in team activities, knowledge transfer, and personal development.

Expert knowledge of supported applications (system components, functionality, interfaces, data flows, business rules). Leads projects of moderate to complex risks and resource requirements; may lead end-to-end processes of functional programs. Coordinates and prioritizes multiple initiatives.
