Senior Business Analyst (US)

Work independently, with coaching from senior levels,Coach other team members within area of expertise,Identify, develop, and maintain key linkages with business partners (retail product management, retail distribution, commercial banking, support services, TD Wealth Management, TD Ameritrade, TD Insurance),Provide insightful and proactive reporting and analysis to senior management on corporate and business line initiatives,Collaborate with line of business team members/resources,Resolve issues and problems by consulting with staff, management, internal departments, and outside contacts,Work cross-functionally to drive strategic initiatives and improve processes,Add financial value by analyzing company data to identify and recommend initiatives that positively impact financial results

Bachelor's degree or progressive work experience,3+ Years of related experience,Excellent communication skills,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills,Exceptional active listening skills,Proven ability to meet deadlines while simultaneously working on multiple projects,TSYS experience (preferred),Agile experience/exposure (preferred),Requirements writing experience (preferred),Effective communication skills (preferred),Well organized (preferred)
