The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for leading business analysis activities for medium to large-scale projects. This role involves planning, eliciting, analyzing, documenting, managing, and supporting requirements for changes in business areas and technology. The analyst will apply advanced knowledge in new or complex situations and mentor other professionals.
Perform requirements stakeholder analysis to identify impacted groups and responsibilities.,Develop plans and accurate estimates for requirements completion.,Manage risks, assumptions, and constraints for requirements.,Define business analysis approach, tasks, and deliverables.,Lead requirements prioritization.,Facilitate collaborative sessions for requirements discovery, analysis, and review.,Apply advanced elicitation techniques.,Analyze and document scope of business solution using enterprise-standard methodology.,Analyze and document detailed business and system solution requirements.,Verify requirements for quality and validate with impacted stakeholders.,Build and maintain a repository of reusable requirements documentation.,Utilize SQL to query and analyze business data for requirements validation and business insights.
Minimum 3+ years of progressive Business Analyst experience with increasing responsibilities in requirements management on large and complex projects.,Relevant college, university, or post-graduate degree in Business Analysis.
