This role involves leading business analysis activities for projects of varying sizes, demonstrating advanced expertise, and guiding other professionals. Key responsibilities include planning, eliciting, analyzing, documenting, managing, and supporting requirements for changes in Business Areas and Technology.
Develop plans and estimates for requirements completion.,Lead IT business analysis for assigned projects/programs.,Impact and influence stakeholders to ensure buy-in for requirements strategy.,Facilitate collaborative sessions for requirements discovery, analysis, and review.,Prepare requirements for review, lead walkthroughs and sign-off sessions.,Identify, track, and resolve business systems issues throughout the project lifecycle.,Support QA in testing, Design and Development with requirements clarifications, Functional Support, and end-user documentation/training.
5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst with progressively increasing responsibilities in requirements management on large and complex financial services projects.,3+ years of Financial Industry experience, preferably with Custody, Actions, Investment Councilor Services or Trade Management.,Proven experience working as a BA in Waterfall, Iterative, and/or Agile methodologies.,Advanced knowledge and experience in requirements planning, elicitation, and prioritization.,Expertise or working knowledge of custody applications such as Gplus, Trust, Milvus or BaNCS.,Good understanding of SWIFT MT and MX messages.,Relevant college/university degree and/or post-graduate degree in Business Analysis or related field.,Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Institute – Professional in Business Analysis Certification (PMI – PBA) (Nice-to-have).,Experience in Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, Foreign Exchange, Securities Lending, ISO or Web based and Cloud Technology (Nice-to-have).
