Description

This role provides specialized guidance and support in business management for a functional area, focusing on implementing policies and initiatives to achieve strategic, governance, and business management objectives. It involves complex reporting, analysis, and assessments, contributing to operational and strategic excellence within Corporate Technology partners through financial and performance management, portfolio, investment, resource, and operational risk management, and fostering employee engagement and communication.

What We're Looking For

Build strong partnerships with Technology and Business partners and effectively communicate platform results.,Work effectively with multiple teams across initiatives and functional domains, influencing and aligning stakeholders.,Plan, lead, manage, and oversee diverse operational activities related to Resource Management and Financial planning, including approval processes.,Lead monthly forecasting and yearly budgeting processes, consolidating input from teams.,Create and produce Dashboards and Scorecards, update rolling forecasts, and monitor performance against plans.,Own and drive relevant governance meetings, including deliverables and outcomes.,Present monthly consolidated resource and financial results, identify gaps, pinpoint issues, identify productivity opportunities, analyze trends, and provide specialized business management and financial advice to senior management.,Contribute to the strategic direction of the business management function and play a key role in developing and implementing strategies.,Oversee, lead, manage, and plan diverse work activities involving policy, process, and procedure development and implementation across multiple functional areas.,Facilitate key discussions and provide thought leadership to executive audiences.,Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, including coaching and career direction to team members.,Enhance activities and implement effective, innovative solutions, including automation for efficiency.,Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and recommendations to internal and external partners.,Focus on process simplification and automation of reporting.,Participate in ad hoc projects as required.,Adhere to enterprise frameworks and methodologies.,Actively manage relationships with corporate functions and ensure alignment with enterprise requirements.,Assess and identify key issues, escalating to appropriate levels and stakeholders.,Maintain a culture of risk management and control.,Ensure business operations comply with applicable internal and external requirements (e.g., financial controls).,Participate in cross-functional initiatives as a subject matter expert, identifying risk and providing guidance.

Ideal Candidate

Superior presentation and communication skills (confident, transparent, and concise verbally and in writing).,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work with detailed information and summarize key analytics for an executive audience.

Minimum Education

Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business or relevant experience
