Description

Provide specialized business management guidance and support for a functional area, implementing policies, processes, and initiatives to achieve business management, strategy, and governance objectives. This role involves complex reporting, analysis, and assessments at both functional and enterprise levels, working closely with technology and business partners to manage business operations, financial planning, and resource management.

What We're Looking For

Provide specialized business management guidance and support for a functional area.,Implement policies, processes, and initiatives to meet business management, strategy, and governance objectives.,Provide complex reporting, analysis, and assessments at the functional or enterprise level.,Build strong partnerships with Technology & Business partners and effectively communicate platform results.,Work effectively with multiple teams across a broad spectrum of initiatives and functional domains, influencing and aligning others as needed.,Plan, lead, manage and oversee operational activities related to Resource Management and Financial planning, including the approval process.,Lead the monthly forecasting and yearly budgeting process, gathering input and consolidating forecasts and budgets.,Identify issues and opportunities, understand trends, and provide specialized business management advice to senior management and respective teams.,Lead and coordinate the integrated implementation of policies, processes, procedures, and solutions across multiple functional areas.,Provide subject matter expertise and help identify, design, test solutions and support implementation activities.,Support the execution of Data Controls and Testing activities aligned to business objectives and regulatory priorities.,Support the tracking, documentation, and reporting of testing results, issues, and remediation activities.

Ideal Candidate

Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.,5-7 years of relevant experience in business management, control testing, audit coordination, or regulatory support.,Experience supporting control testing activities, issue remediation, and regulatory or audit engagements.
