As a Senior Advice Centre Manager, you will strategically lead your branch team to achieve objectives through daily coaching and a focus on the Bank's vision. You will foster a high-performance environment, manage operations efficiently, and ensure collaboration with partners to deliver a high-quality client experience and strong results. You will also be a transformational leader, implementing strategies and supporting the team through change.

What We're Looking For

Coach banking advisors and support their career development.,Inspire and motivate the team to achieve commitment and excellent service.,Promote the advisory approach of the banking advisor model.,Ensure smooth operation, synergy, and performance of the Advice Centre through operational excellence and high-quality advice.,Implement transformation strategies and support the team in change management.,Act as a strategic partner to the Regional Vice-President, impacting regional management and results, while overseeing a large-scale Advice Centre.,Ensure compliance with identification, security, and privacy standards to protect client and banking data and manage risk.,Proactively identify workforce needs, analyze resource gaps, and develop action plans.,Support and coach the team in canvassing activities and making proactive contacts.,Represent the Bank professionally with clients and potential external candidates.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor’s degree and 7 to 10 years of experience,Mutual fund representative (MFR) certification,Branch Compliance Officer (BCO) certification,Extensive experience in team management and coaching,Strong expertise in banking services, advisory approach, and business development,Knowledge of financing, investment, and insurance services offered in a bank,Excellent skills in motivating a team in a transformation context,Solid change management skills,Strong analytical skills to optimize Advice Centre performance,Ability to work collaboratively with various internal and external partners
