Senior Benefits Specialist, EMEA & APAC

Description

This role supports the operational administration, governance, and enhancement of Moderna's employee benefits programs across the EMEA and APAC regions from their international business services hub in Warsaw, Poland. The specialist will ensure benefits offerings are competitive, efficient, compliant with country-specific regulations, and aligned with Moderna's global well-being strategy, while also leveraging AI-enabled tools to streamline processes.

What We're Looking For

Manage administration of country-specific benefits plans (health, risk, retirement/pension, leave programs) across EMEA and APAC.,Ensure timely, accurate processing of enrollments, changes, and terminations.,Partner with brokers, insurers, and third-party vendors.,Support rollout of benefits in new or expanding markets.,Reconcile benefits and pension data with payroll and vendor systems.,Maintain high-quality, audit-ready benefits data.,Act as the first point of contact for benefits administration queries.,Contribute to the global well-being agenda.,Utilize AI and automation tools to streamline and digitize benefits administration.,Collaborate with IT, HR, and vendor partners on AI-driven opportunities.,Play an active role in global benefits projects.,Develop and maintain benefits guides, SOPs, and training resources.,Continuously identify and implement improvements in benefits communications and operational experience.,Identify and deploy AI-powered tools and digital platforms for benefits programs.,Stay ahead of local regulatory changes, global process innovations, and digital tool capabilities.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's degree.,Minimum 3 years of experience in benefits administration, ideally in a multinational or regional role.,Experience administering country-specific benefits plans (healthcare, retirement/pension, and leave programs).,Advanced English language proficiency (written and verbal).,Experience working with HRIS and benefits administration systems.,Comfort using digital tools, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.,Preferred: Experience supporting benefits across multiple EMEA and/or APAC countries.,Preferred: Familiarity with Poland-based benefits administration and regional compliance requirements.,Preferred: Demonstrated experience using AI, automation, or digital tools to streamline HR or benefits operations.,Preferred: Experience supporting global or regional well-being programs.,Preferred: Comfort working in a high-growth, evolving organization.
