Description

As a Senior Banking Advisor at National Bank, you will leverage your banking expertise to provide a client-centric experience. Your role involves understanding and resolving complex client situations, offering advice on various banking solutions including investments, financing, mortgages, and estate planning. You will also support your colleagues' development and ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules, contributing to client satisfaction and engagement. What We're Looking For

Listen to clients’ needs and resolve highly complex situations.,Give advice and offer appropriate solutions for Personal and Small Business clients to meet their transaction, investment, personal financing, mortgage renewal, made-to-measure insurance and complex estate planning needs.,Support your clients through the mortgage renewal or renegotiation process.,Participate in the development of your branch colleagues.,Ensure client satisfaction and engagement, and serve as a point of reference.,Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules.

Ideal Candidate

Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent.,Hold a mutual fund representative (MFR) licence.,Advisory service experience, inclusive attitude and openness to diversity.,Comfortable sharing knowledge and interest in helping colleagues develop their skills.
