Senior back End Developer
Description
The role of a Senior Back-End Developer in the Cloud Platforms and Services Management team at National Bank involves acting as a DevOps expert, contributing to digital transformation. This person will develop and support an integrated platform for secure solutions, contribute to Cloud and DevSecOps tools, propose innovative ideas, develop in Python, Terraform, and Bash, participate in Agile ceremonies, and guide clients on product usage.
What We're Looking For
Develop and support an integrated platform enabling application teams to create secure solutions.,Contribute to Cloud and DevSecOps tools by developing templates or participating in other teams’ code (innersourcing).,Propose innovative ideas that will become features or products.,Develop in Python, Terraform, and Bash across various codebases.,Participate in Agile ceremonies to define priorities, prepare stories, and suggest new features with a product-oriented approach.,Guide and influence clients in the use of our products.
Ideal Candidate
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.,5 to 10 years of experience in Python and Terraform development as well as Cloud infrastructure (AWS and Azure).,Proficiency with tools such as Github, EKS, Hashicorp Vault, TFC, Datadog, and Splunk.,Knowledge of software development best practices.,AWS certification.,Experience in continuous integration and deployment.
