Senior Application Specialist

Description

The Senior Application Specialist will work with RBC Wealth Management's Clearing and Custody Business line, analyzing and owning IT requirements for Business to Business (B2B) processes through elicitation, solutions identification, risk analysis, and team collaboration.

What We're Looking For

Work with internal Risk/Compliance teams and vendors to meet regulatory requirements.,Collaborate with solution architects and technology staff to deliver project results, implement risk analysis, and meet deliverables.,Manage technical relationships with external vendors to execute RBC policies and requirements.,Develop documents for IT applications, system specifications, and test plans.,Ability to manage all aspects of testing, verification, implementation planning, and coordination.,Prepare and deliver presentations to business and technology partners, senior management, and executives.,Resolve conflicts/issues and report through proper channels.,Effectively communicate and build rapport with team members, stakeholders, and interface groups.

Ideal Candidate

5 – 10 years of Vendor Management Experience.,Experienced working with API's, from creation through troubleshooting.,Proficient in technical documentation and training including process mapping.,Proficient in Jira/Confluence and Service Now (Nice-to-have).,Experience in Salesforce (or similar applications) (Nice-to-have).,Knowledgeable in the Financial Advisory industry (Nice-to-have).
