This role within Aritzia's Marketing Integration Department focuses on unifying and operationalizing marketing efforts by connecting teams, aligning strategy with execution, and clarifying priorities and processes. The Senior Analyst/Analyst will support the execution of marketing lifecycle processes, ensuring deliverables are completed correctly and on schedule. It's an opportunity to drive operational excellence and contribute to the effective performance of the rapidly growing Marketing business.

What We're Looking For

Facilitate the identification, evaluation, prioritization, and resource allocation across the division, guided by a compelling strategy.,Ensure consistent, structured, and timely execution of marketing lifecycles from beginning to end.,Support new initiatives and ensure the necessary infrastructure and workflows are in place for seamless integration into the Marketing Department.,Ensure that tools and resources effectively support Marketing business needs.,Ensure seamless integration between Marketing and its Cross-Functional partners.

Ideal Candidate

Proven skills, certifications, education, and/or experience in Marketing Integration.,A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles.,The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.,A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.
