Senior Analyst, Treasury Regulatory Compliance Management

Description

The Senior Analyst will support the development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of the Regulatory Compliance Management (RCM) framework for Treasury. Key responsibilities include maintaining the RCM rules library and training materials, monitoring regulatory developments, and producing compliance risk reporting. This role involves frequent interaction with senior management and collaboration with various business and compliance partners to ensure effective oversight and reduce regulatory compliance risk.

What We're Looking For

Support the development and ongoing enhancement of the Regulatory Compliance Management (RCM) framework for Treasury.,Assist with monitoring regulatory developments, analyzing their impact on Treasury activities, and adjusting compliance strategies.,Oversee timely, risk-based assessments of regulatory topics and coordinate remediation of compliance gaps.,Support the development and maintenance of a RCM rules library, methodologies, guidelines, and training materials.,Produce and maintain reporting and metrics to measure regulatory compliance risk.,Foster strong relationships and communication with business leaders, compliance partners, and second line of defense groups.

Ideal Candidate

Experience in regulatory compliance or a related area.,Strong problem-solving, analytical, and reporting capabilities.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Ability to establish and build working relationships and partnerships with business leaders, peers, and stakeholders (Finance, Risk Management, Technology, etc.).,Strong technical skills and proficiency in MS suite of applications.,Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
