Description

The Senior Analyst, Software Asset Management at CIBC will join the Software Asset Management team. This role involves managing and fulfilling procurement and renewal requests, ensuring compliance, retaining artifacts, and managing entitlements. The analyst will also be responsible for analyzing data from various sources to provide recommendations, acting as an advisor to business, contract management, vendors, and legal, and optimizing processes.

What We're Looking For

Manage and fulfill all procurement and renewal requests,

Ensure accurate compliance validations,

Perform artifact retention and entitlement management,

Analyze data from various sources to create comprehensive views and prepare recommendations,

Act as a trusted advisor and central resource for business, contract management, vendors, and legal,

Work proactively to meet timelines and optimize processes for efficiency and data quality

Ideal Candidate

Demonstrated experience with problem-solving approaches, tools, and techniques for organizational, operational, or process problems,

Ability to establish and build healthy working relationships and partnerships with clients, vendors, and peers,

Strong self-planning skills to plan assignments according to general work plans,

Ability to multi-task, plan, and meet timelines,

Enjoy investigating complex problems and making sense of information,
