This role supports automation initiatives for the US Finance team, including Financial Control, Regulatory Reporting, and FPM. It involves leveraging tools such as Alteryx, Dataiku, and Tableau to streamline processes, enhance data integrity, and deliver actionable insights. The Senior Analyst will assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining automated solutions to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements under the guidance of senior leadership. Key responsibilities include developing automated workflows, creating Tableau dashboards, identifying automation opportunities with finance teams, implementing data validation, automating regulatory reporting processes, documenting solutions, and contributing to training and ad hoc projects.
Assist in designing and developing automated workflows using Alteryx/Dataiku to replace manual processes (e.g., data extraction, reconciliation).,Support the creation and maintenance of Tableau dashboards and reports for financial and regulatory data visualization.,Collaborate with US Finance teams to identify automation opportunities and contribute to project prioritization.,Help implement data validation checks and controls within automated workflows.,Aid in automating data aggregation and validation processes for regulatory reporting (e.g., Federal Reserve, OCC).,Document automation solutions, including process flows and user guides.,Participate in training and mentoring team members on automation tools.,Assist in monitoring and optimizing existing automated processes.,Contribute to ad hoc projects addressing emerging automation needs or regulatory changes.
3+ years of experience in financial reporting, data analytics, or process automation.,Proficiency in Alteryx or Dataiku (workflow design, data blending, macro creation) and Tableau (dashboard development, data visualization, calculated fields).,Knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS.,BBA/MBA in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred.,Experience with financial systems (e.g., SAP, IBM Cognos, PeopleSoft).,Knowledge of banking industry and US IHC reporting requirements and structures.,Programming skills (e.g., Python, SQL) for advanced data manipulation.,Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.,Good project management and stakeholder communication skills.,Process-oriented with great documentation skills.,Detailed oriented, driving data analytics to improve current state of business operations.,Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and solve complex business needs.
