Description
This role involves leading the analysis and optimization of complex operational processes within RBC's Wealth Management platform. The Senior Analyst ensures compliance with Jersey and UK regulations, aligns with RBC's risk appetite, and manages client onboarding, exits, and data maintenance. The position focuses on driving strategic decision-making, fostering innovation, and upholding RBC's values in a collaborative setting.
What We're Looking For
Analyse and optimize operational processes to identify improvement opportunities and develop strategic solutions.,Create and maintain operational metrics, benchmarks, and insights to guide business decisions.,Support client onboarding, exits, and data maintenance across systems, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.,Provide expert guidance to team members, promote innovation, and align team goals with organizational strategies.,Engage proactively in regulatory and audit reviews, adhering to RBC's Risk & Control Framework and Policy Framework.,Streamline processes, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to project delivery using technical expertise.,Advanced analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.,Deep understanding of operational procedures and financial services regulations (e.g., KYC, AML).,Consistently able to deliver accurate, high quality work while keeping competing demands on track.,A confident user of technology who embraces new ways of working.
Ideal Candidate
Financial sector experience, particularly in Wealth Management or Private Banking.
